FermiLink agent harness for simulations and experiments

The rapid advancement of AI coding agents has opened up new avenues for automating computational research. Along this direction, we develop FermiLink, an open-source agent harness for multidomain autonomous scientific simulations. Additionally, we are also extending the same harness philosophy to autonomous experimental measurements on real devices.
